Hi everyone.

I breastfed my son, and stopped about three months ago. Latley I have been getting aches in my breasts. I have been doing the self-breast examinations, and have come across some lumpy areas on both breast.
They feel granular, and they are in the same spots in both.

I am still producing milk some, and was wondering maybe it is just milk ducts in there, or if it could be something a little more?

Call your doc about the lumps, if you're really worried about them. It may possible be milk ducts.
