I have been suffering from the most disabling stomach pains for two months now. Have a history of reflux problems which have been controlled for years by taking a pantoprazole tablet each day. Dr sent me for endoscopy and gave me antibiotics etc for hp after results came. I was so looking forward to it being sorted but I took the last tablets today and everything is still the same. Please can anyone advise me what to do next. Thanks.

I'm on day 5 of the diet and i'm feeling much better I am however feeling discomfort because of the bacteria release through my urine but the bloating is going away pretty fast. I was bloated a lot I felt like I was going to expode. Whatever you do good luck :)
