Mornign Sickness???
Posted: 12-05-03 04:59am

Hi there everyone,
im sorry to keep asking questions and im sure some of you probably think im nuts.
As ive said in my last post, have been trying to conceive for four months I took a test but too early.
I have been feeling really really really sick the last few dyas today is the worst, its a weird kind of sick feeling. Its like its right up by my throat as if im just about to actually vomit but it never has come up yey (sorry to be graphic) and my belly feels empty and delicate. My mouth is constantly watery as if im going to be sick.I wondered if anyone who has mornig sickness could give me an idea of what it was like for them.Could this be it?
Also another question,i am a fitness instructor so obviously it is very important for me to stay fit.I was wondering the if the amount of exercise I do i.E running and weight traing would be a disadvantage to me conciving, once again sorry for all the questions.
Xx

Honey you really just have to wait it out and take a test. You sound like you really want to conceive and are thinking about it constantly, and analyzing every symptom you have! Of course this could be morning sickness....It sounds alot like it!
About being a fitness instructor you might have to slow down once your pregnant and maybe going to the doctor and discussing your options. However I don't see why it would at all cause any difficulties in conceiving! Best of luck!
