Hi I am 1 cm dialted I was wondering if by having sex when 1 cm dialted will it make you dialte anymore from sex?

But will it cause me to dielate anymore since I am aready 1 cm will sex cause me to dielate anymore?

No it shouldn't make you dialte more unless your body is ready to dilate. Sex can cause contractions though, so if you aren't passed 37 weeks (which is full term) I would abstaing from sex.
