You need to go to a store and get a weight
gainer. Lots of protein and creatine
really helps you gain weight. My husband
takes creatine and I have noticed a
difference. If you do not work out on
creatine you will add pounds on. For
example, if people can lose weight by
reducing their calories or carbs, try
doubling or tripling them for a weight
gain. Eat lots of starches (rice, bread,
pastas, etc.) remember always keep what
you eat in control, you do not want weight
gain to be a bad thing. Hope this could
help, good luck.

Sadly i'm in the same situation. I'm 19,
5'1 and 97 pounds and it's so difficult
for me to gain rather than to lose.
People think i'm anorexic or bulimic
 . I've tried doubling the amount of
calories I take in by eating fast food 3x
a day, because eating normal food 3x a day
does nothing. I don't know if it's my
metabolism or what, but I feel the same
way about how I look. I just feel so
disgusting about how skinny I am, and as
of yet i've found nothing that helps. I
plan to try creatine to see if it helps,
because that's about the only other thing
I haven't tried. If anyone has any
thoughts on how to help, it'd be great to
find out.

eh, the creatine didn't work for me.
Finally I gave up and started looking at
the calories I take in everyday, which is
now about 2,500. I eat nothing but fast
food for a diet because honestly normal
food just doesn't work as well, and though
it may be bad on my health i've gained 4
pounds so far.

I realize that this started out to be a
old post but go to a herb or nutrition
shop and ask about the weight on shake and
check with the dr as fast food is not
always the best way in the world.
Good luck!
