How to Prevent Bird Flu Posted: 10-27-05 05:36am
What should you do to prepare for bird
flu?
Check out this advice which is also a
separate post in this forum...
With health authorities predicting a major
bird flu pandemic i've been flooded with
this basic question – how to prevent
bird flu.
I'm a prominent australian health writer
and for me this is not a light question.
The right answers in the hands of the
right people could save thousands even
millions of lives if avian influenza does
mutate to become a virus spread from human
to human.
The right answers could even save the life
of someone close to you.
This article reveals the three simplest
natural, healthy strategies to bird flu
protection.
Leading advanced hygiene pioneer dr
kenneth seaton invested over 15 years
developing practical strategies to help
ordinary people avoid respiratory viruses
like avian influenza, other ordinary
strains of influenza and even the common
cold...
Seaton knew 95% of viruses like the bird
flu enter our bodies from contact between
our fingernails and the mucous membranes
of our eyes and nose.
Your fingernails harbor viruses and all
you have to do is get virus droplets on
your hands then touch your face and the
cycle of virus transmission is complete.
These are three basic recommendations for
avoiding the bird flu and other
respiratory viruses based on seaton's
extensive research...
1. Don't touch your face with your hands.
If you don't touch your face with your
fingernails you should stop the virus
entering your body through the mucous
membranes of your eyes or nose.
2. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly
with soap and warm water every time you go
to the toilet and any time you handle live
birds, raw poultry or uncooked eggs.
3. Regularly perform warm facial dips to
inactivate virus cells and wash them out
of your nasal passageways.
Washing your hands is more complex than it
might seem on the surface.
You need to use the right kinds of soap
and if you can't use soap there's only one
alternative that's proven by the usa
centers of disease control to be effective
and it's not an antibacterial solution.
Also most people have never even heard of
a facial dip, let alone performed one.
These key therapies to effective hygiene
are easy to learn and step by step details
are included in the free report how to
prevent bird flu – the natural healthy
way...

Why Not to Buy Tamiflu Online Posted: 10-27-05 09:58am
You have got to be asking for trouble if
your going to buy something that can only
be prescribed by a doctor, theres a big
enough shortage of tamiflu as there is, so
are you really going to belive that it can
be got easily online?
Different medications interact together
in a way that can be harmful and there is
no way of checking a doctors advice if you
really were to be able to buy tamiflu
online which I seroiusly doubt, these
people are shamelessly trying to make
money out of peoples desperate fear and it
is beyond belief!
A case of a slimming pill that was bought
online came to press once, when it was
actually cracked open and investigated and
inside it turned out to be a tapeworm.
You dont know what your getting!
If tamiflu is really needed it will be
prescribed so you dont need to worry.
