Hi I am looking online at the "pregnancy without pounds" kit that you can get online. I am wondering if anyone has bought it and used it and how well it worked for them... Please let me know :)

I've never heard of it but it does not sound like the safest way to manage your pregnancy. Women are supposed to put on weight during pregnancy for very important developmental reasons. You cannot hope to have a healthy pregnancy or resulting child without gaining weight. And, it is not as the weight that you gain will be with you forever. With proper diet and an exersize routine after childbirth (and hopefully you'll choose to breastfeed), there's no need to fear pregnancy weight. Both of my sisters returned to their pre-pregnancy weights and sizes after giving birth. My anorexic cousin, who was already freaked out about gaining any weight at all, had a horrible, painful pregnancy followed by a stillbirth because she refused to gain the necessary weight. It's normal and natural to gain weight during pregnancy and it is not a sign that you are letting yourself go or that you are becomming "fat". I would highly discourage anything that your doctor does not fully endorse for you to try during pregnancy.

Expect to gain at least 30lbs. The baby alone w/ amniotic fluids can weigh up to 13lbs. Imagine that, and 13lb weight loss at birth!! Look at the positive side :)

i know I will be gaining a lot of weight I dont care about that. If you look at the website it tells about all the "right weight" to gain and how to manage your weight while your pregnant. Im not worried if I gain 60 lbs I just am asking if anyone has used to pregnancy without pounds because I want to gain it for the right reasons not because I am indulging myself.

Erm.
This seems too cookie-cutter to be right. You might want to try talking to your doctor. Chances are, this thing is inaccurate, more complicated than needed, and a waste of money. Your doctor will know your body (and with your help, can't go wrong) and what to do. Most times it's just as simple as continuing your daily rituals of exercise. Like my sister "plays" on the tennis team, she runs a bit to keep up her body; that kind of stuff she can keep up and it will help maintain her weight.

As to eating the right stuff, talk to your doctor or a dietician, they have different ideas than internet shops. It's like if you go to a clothing store, looking for a certain shirt or something. They're not going to concentrate on your needs, they're going to try to sell their product.
