Q: Losing Ketones While Pregnant?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and just had a check up. The nurse noticed that I have ketones in my urine. She acted like it was no big deal and said just to up my fluid intake. I am just wondering why I would have ketones since I am not dieting and have not ever dieted. I am also not diabetic. What should I do and should I be worried about this?
Thanks for your help.

Keytones
Keytones is what your body produces when you are sick and don't feel well. They will make you feel very yucky. I had a few problems with them and my Dr. Said to increase my fluid intake. :d Laughing
