I'm 38 weeks; 1 cm dialated, and 80% effaced. I was told by my doctor that as a first time pregnancy, it is likely that I will not dialate much until I go into labor. But as with being 80% effaced, will I more than likely go into labor soon? (i do understand that nobody knows for sure..)
