a Good Eating Plan? Posted: 10-21-05 11:16am
Hi
i'm 16 am a guy I weight 140 I got lots of
ab muscle but I got like 7 pounds of fat
on top of it so I cant really c them I got
pects which r really hard too and am
working on my triceps and biceps now too
anyways I just want to get rid of this fat
but sometimes there's no way around
i work out everyday with 20 pound dumbell
and sometimes ab wheel I do pushups
crunches and leg raises I also got ankle
weights 10 and 20 pound set
i am trying to get serious with this and
make an eating plan on word and print it
and put it on my fridge
so far I know that everday in the morning
I eat a sanwich made of normal white bread
sliced of course, one slice of bologna,
and a slice of mozzarela and a chocolate
milk or milk coffee (coffee syrup)
the problem is that I don't like the food
at school im in 10th grade and almost
everyday I buy a gatorade bottle and fries
or popcorn chicken in a cup
then I come back home where I eat rice and
steak, grilled chicken, tuna fish, and or
fries
how can I orgazine this and make a good
and healthy eating plan for a 7 day
week?
Also what can I do so I don't have to eat
at school or what do I do because I get
really hungry in school
