Q: Cramps

Is it normal to get cramps that feel like ur having ur period when you are 30 weeks pregnant? I got cramps yesterday when I was outside for gym, I ended up kneeling down cuz I didnt feel so well. Thank god I dont have to play ne thing in gym tho, coach just has me stand around and help him coach. What are the cramps from? They arent like really bad, just like the feeling like ur going to be getting ur period.

are u drinking alot of water?? Because I had cramping during my second trimester and the doc told me to drink alot of water and it seems to help!!
