Today makes it about 2 weeks that my
girlfriend is late. Yesterday she felt
some period-like cramping. And this
morning she was bleeding. Everyone was
relieved. But it stopped soon after. She
only bled for a few hours and it pretty
much slowed to a halt. Any ideas if this
is a early pregnancy sign? We set up a
appt on for monday. But of course im
impatient. She isnt on any b.C but we use
protection about 50% of the time. Been
havin sex for about 3yrs now. She been
late before also. And got this wired
irregular prd. In aug due to stress.

Why don't you try a home pregnancy test.
If she is two weeks late it should show by
now. Sometimes a little bleeding (if it's
dark blood or pinkis blood) could mean
implantation bleeding.

Stress does cause irregular periods, but
it is possible that she's pregnant if you
only use protection 50% of the time. Also
remember if the rest of the time you use
the pull out method and think it's safe it
really isn't. She can still get pregnant
from pre-cum. Like the above poster said
it could be implantation bleeding. If you
don't want to wait until monday buy a hpt
and take it to ease your mind. But even
if it's negative still go to the doctor.
