Got Me Now Thinking... Maybe Pregnant And Hpv? What!

Alright, whoa, after coming to this site and seeing so many other cases of somethin gthat I have already been through in life has just got me now dazed and confused.

Alright I do not know if you all have read my post about my story I had been though. If you do me that favore, read it and then reply back to this post. The post is called " my sad story that is lifechanging.. Long but wrth it" something of that sort.

Il give you a little quick detailed of what had happend to me. I found out that I had genital warts but only on the outside of my genital area at the age of 13. I went in to the dr, he did a paps on me, took samples and tested everything posable and he said that everything is normal, my cells have not changed, no irration in side my body, everything is healthy and normal just the one back fall is the gential warts on the outside of my lips. My genital area. He gave me creme, at the frist instant of putting it on, they dispared and I have never seen any thing of that sort again. Yes, a couple times I do get ingrown hairs down in my gnetial area but that is somehting yo uwill expect if you do shave.

Well, he told me that I was one of the lucky ones. That I did not have any warts on the insdie of my body. So taking this medican I would be out of the blu and would have have to deal with this again.

Well, I hear all of your problmes and issues that you are dealing with and I hear that having this hpv is ever lasting. Well what is diff. In my case? Could it be that it wasnt warts that appead down in my gential area but maybe some irration to something that looked simmilar to geninital warts? That amazes me that I had these warts on the outside but no sign of them on the insdie and it has been 3 years now and I have had no sign of these warts appearing again. I had tested for everything and every thing came back regular and normal.

Also, I might be pregnant. I have not found out for sure but now hearing that this hpv is everlasting and supposably I was looke at and Dr. Determinded that I did, infact, have warts but on the ousdie, maybe there is a chanch tha tsomething miht happen to my baby? I am scared out of my mind. I told my hubbie to be, that I did have an incodnet when I was a baby that I did contract an std but everything is fine now, am I out of the blue? I am scared.. Some body tell me anything!

My friend broke out with hpv during her pregnancy and still had a vaginal birth and ahealthy baby. I would ask your doctor about what he thinks if there are risks associated withthis

Thank you for your post. Well about being pregnant, I found out I am not pregnant at the moment( thanks god) but what I am worried about is the "hpv virus"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I was fairly young when I found this "irritation" I may call it, on my genital area. My doc told me that I was one of the "lucky" ones. He ran tests, and blood/pap tests all came back excellent/normal.( i, before I forget, have to say, that when I did have this test done on me, I actually had to spot these little bumps that were said to be " warts", but he explained, after the results came in, that I have warts of what a man would have... That is something that I do not understand. He told me, that I do not have any sign of irritation on the inside, nor do I have any cell change) the only thing that went wrong was this irritation on the outside of my genital area. Well, just a few days ago, I went and had a pap done on me, I told the nurse and she said that it could of been that it was not the " hpv virus" but of an irritation, or, I pray to god that it is not the case, it could of been the virus but have not had any break outs since. That's what scares me. I am in love with my boyfriend of a year, and I told him about the virus that I was diagnosed with at the young age, but told him that everything was alight and normal. I had nothing to think about when it comes to me having this virus still. That I am clean. I am devastated! Has any one had something of this sort happen to them, but it turned out that they do not have the virus? Or could it be that they did have the virus but on the outside, and their body is clear from this virus now???????????? Pleas somebody tell me something!

I dont know as much about hpv as I do herpes, but I personally have herpes and for me it is a virus I will always have b/c there is no cure but I can still get pregnant and have babies. But when I get pregnant and I start to bo into labor I will have to be tested to see if I am having an outbreak or the live virus present and if it is then I would have to have a c-section.
With hpv if there are warts and they are external(not in the birth canal) then it should be okay to deliver vaginally, like I said this is what my friend did. The main problem for her was she couldnt take any medication to get rid of the warts because she was pregnant. So she was uncomfortable and aslo refrained from sex.
But her baby was born in october and she and the baby are doing great.
I dont think you should worry too much. There are a whole lot worse diseases you could have that are life threatning.
