Can a Dentist Tell If You Are Bulimic

I have been wondering about this for a little while. Can a dentist tell if you are bulimic or not. I mean yeah I know about your teeth roting out and such things like that but I am erally soncerned about this one. I mean yeah I wanna get help but I want my parents to hear it from me and not a doctor or a dentist. Please help me

Please talk to your parents. That is the only suggestion I can give you, it is not just your teeth, if you are bulimic, get help, go to mental health if you need to, it can mess up your whole system esophagus, etc., etc., I am no dr but please get help and do not be ashamed to ask as we all need help sometime in our lives!

Well, I am in no way ashammed of my bulimia though. I am just wondering. Yeah it is a hard thing to do (tell your parents) I just need a lil time to do that I am at the point of getting help but I just am wondering about that though.
