Honey,
is there a womens health clinic near you? If not I would definately get ahold of a Dr. Asap. It may not be cancer but if you are worried and it is painful it may be something serious. I know that you may be uncomfortable talking about this but being a women it is best to be open about your body, after all it is a beautiful thing, there is no need to be ashamed. Find a trusted adult (if not your mom then perhaps an aunt or close friend) or if that doesn't work out for you try calling your local physician or family doctor and explain the situation to them they will let you know if you should go in for an appt.

Good luck.
