Thes red bumps ,sometimes they look white on the head of my penis and around the foreskin is this something I need to go see a doctor about? There not sore or effect me in anyway I have always seen them their for the past 4 years or so... Thank u

Are you sexually active? Sounds like a yeast infection (yeah guys can get them) otherwise you need to really clean your member under the skin with soap.
