Depression

I have been on cymbalta for six weeks now and am just feeling a bit better
i was on 20 mgs for three weeks ,and then it was increased to 20 mgs twice daily
i have been on most of the srri drugs and I find that cymbalta is the only one to help so far ,i also found the side effects were only minor and I could cope with them
so I say to anyone wanting to try them give it a go :d

I am hesitant to be on meds because the majority of them don't work but you say cymbalta is working for you. Is it a new drug because i've never heard of it? Also, what were the minor side effects you found?

If you find that drugs do not help you, try the nutritional approach.

Most people with depression have been found to have hypoglycemia, which is one the signs of insulin resistance.

You can test yourself for hypoglycemia with the nib. This can also be tested with a medical test for hypoglycemia

if found to be positive the non-drug treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet by your doctor. Consult a nutritional doctor or health practitioner.
