Hello im tracey and I too was diagnosed at
19 with pcos. I have lost 18 and half
pounds so far which on a scan recently
showed my left ovary almost clear of
cysts. I use rose oilrubbed on my plelvis
area which helps reggulation of periods
and I do yoga and attend a gym which has
helped. If you take iburofen then I
would stop as I found these irrtitaed my
syntomes. Try verity-pcos web site and
