Hi all. I can't believe so many people are suffering the same as me! Quite scary. I had my gb removed aug. 2004 and have had persistent "gb" pain since then :x . Ultrasounds normal, mrcp normal. Am booked in to day- unit next week for hida scan with view to ercp in january.Doesn't matter what I eat...Just about everything gives me pain. Am on constant morphine, anti emetics and don't know what else to do. The nhs is so slow in britain, does anyone have any advice on dealing with this pain? I am @ my wits end and told my surgeon last week just to cut me open and remove everything!
I just want to feel well again so I can be a better mum to my kids & not spend half my life in hospital....Is this too much to ask?
Look forward to hearing from you
luv sarah

Wow...Poor you! I had my gb removed in december 2002....Thank god!
Only on rare occasions I have a very mild attack and only when I eat bananas.

Well good luck and I hope you get well very soon...For you and your kids!
