And have contispation is this okay? It
hurts in my pelvis if I try to go, what
can I do to help or am I hurting the
baby??

Constipation is normal. You aren't
hurting the baby. You could try to eat
more fiber and drinks lots of water. Or
if that doesn't work, you could ask your
doctor what stool softeners might be safe.

Hee hee, one of the things I so do not
miss from being preggy! This'll sound
weird but if you go to the grocery store,
they usually have a section for elderly
people with things for bowels. I know at
mine there is something called bowel buddy
(never tried it, but thought it was
funny). Or you can try some orange juice
mxed with prune juice-nasty but works!

I think it comes from vitamins...But you
need them so drink lots and lots of
