You haven't been giving proof. I and
another poster have both posted the actual
legal code in the state of missouri.
It isn't illegal if he isn't over 21 or
she isn't below 14. Neither are true
here.
The age of consent may be 17 in missouri.
It doens't meen it is a crime. The
actual chargeable offenses (statutory
rape) is not applicable in this situation
because the law specifically states that
it isn't illegal if she is not below 14
and he isn't over 21.
It didn't come from an outdated website.
It came from the legal code of missouri.

Statutory rape, first degree, doesnt even
have an age limit but 14 years and
younger,which is based on the female. How
do you know what the age limit for the guy
is? It could be 17,18,19.
Research another website thats updated,
thats actually has the age instead of just
for 21 years and older.
It says a person, it's not proving the age
in general.

anymore I wouldnt be by all the slack
posted here but I wish you the best it is
your chouice what you want to do in terms
of y.O.U.R baby the father will be fine if
your parents are fine with it there is
nothing they can do. I dont think
adoption is the best answer there are to
many kids being pushed through and
misstreated by the system I hope you learn
as much as you can before your due date
hun and remember god does not put anything
in our lives that we can not hanndle the
best to you and yours

This is really unique story and I do not
agree with all others who saying you shoud
sue your boyfriend for rape or else.
You went through bad and good times with
15 and this is for respect. Hard time are
coming too. Parenting and motherhood is
very serious obligation and regarding your
age, you're not rised to be a parent. But
I think with help of your and his parents
and your mother emotions which are coming
from mother nature, you'll be able to give
your child best possible care and love.
So be strong and don't give up don't
matter how hard it is!
I think, later when your child grow up, it
will be your best friend because of so
small age difference. ;)

Well this was my forum that I started so I
desided to look it up and it says that it
is only illeal in missouri if:
if an 18 is with a 14 or younger
and
if an 21 is with a 16 or younger
so an 18 can be with a 15 and older
and
a 21 can be with someone 17 and older!!!!

Hey well I actually live in alabama and I
was pregnant and 15 I got married to my
husband who was 18 and I had to go 15
miles away from where I live to georgia.
The laws here are 16 and prego and in ga
it is 15 and prego. My husbands dad talk
to a lot of lawyers before we got married
so I am pretty sure that is right. I know
that I couldn't do it anywhere around me
in this state. But in all counties in ga
you can.

out. There are some crazy ppl out there
huh? Thats great shes healthy does she
have a name yet? I hate due dates cuz
really they are just an estimate that can
b ne were from 2 weeks b4 to 2 weeks
after, but I guess it does give u a little
sanity. Did u have a baby shower? Do u
have everything u need? Are u going to
nurse? J/w I just want to see more info
on mommies and babies not ppl arguing
about stuff that isnt relative to your
question.
