Dalicia, you don't have a damn clue what
you're talking about.
They're not going to report him, do you
know what the hippa law is? Hospitals
aren't even allowed to tell a parent if
their child is pregnant. It's illegal for
them to give out information like that.
The only person that can press charges
against him, and send him to jail is *her*
parents.
Please stop talking out of your ass, it's
hurting my head.
In my state, which she is from it's not up
to the parents anymore, it used to be
though.
They'll ask what the father's full name
is, they'll ask how old he is and
everything, and the only way to be safe
about it is to lie.
But hey, im not trying to prove myself,
just wait until she gives them the fathers
name, they will report it to social
services, its illegal. They have to. The
cops will come up & the hospital &
ask the mom & parents questions about
why they let their daughter with a 18-19
year old.
When I was younger, my ex went to jail.
We wrote letters & I went to his
visitation. Well I had heard he ended up
cheating on me, which wasn't true. So I
wrote in a letter "how'd you feel if I was
w/ some other guy & you heard I was
rubbing up on him?"
the lady brought my mom back to the room
& asked her questions about it. The
lady said, "you know we have to report
things like this if something is going on"
and my mom was like yeah i'm firmiliar
with this etc etc.
Hippa law is totally different, you sign
that so they cant give information to
anyone in your family or anyone in the
doctors office or etc without your
permission, that has nothing to do with an
18-19 year old going with a 15 year old.
That's statutory rape in most states.
She's from missouri, i'm not talking out
my ass.

You're wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
The end, theres no way around it.
I know plenty girls from missouri, I can
have some from another board come on over
here and talk to you.
They will not, and can not press charges
against him, her parents can though.
She's 15, he's 18, they've been together 3
years.
Think about it sweetie. Seriously.

Excuse me, yes you really are talking out
of your ass. If what your saying is even
true the hospital would first have to do
some sort of blood test ot proove he
really is the father. They can't just
arrest him because she says he the father.
Secondly, the hospital could give a caca
and care less. If the parents have a
problem with it, then ya...That's a
different story.

Congrats!!!!
Things will be hard just be strong, keep
going to school and see of they offer
correspondance while you are on mat leave!
You may want to look at getting a part
time job before you show so you can have
some money to buy baby stuff and if you
have to go to a second hand store....
They fell for each other across a table at
a mexican restaurant. He was a
24-year-old waiter and she was a
14-year-old san jose high school student.
They had sex. He went to prison.
Three years ago, the case probably never
would have even landed on a prosecutor's
desk, let alone in court.
But state officials want to return to an
earlier, more innocent era. Authorities
are now aggressively prosecuting adults 18
years or older who have sex with minors,
specifically when there is an age
difference of five years or more.
The reasons for reviving these old rules
run the gamut from welfare reform to
concerns about teenage pregnancy to fears
that increasingly more minors are being
exploited, state authorities say.
For the third year in a row, governor pete
wilson has spread more than $8 million
among 53 counties to prosecute statutory
rape cases as part of his partnership for
responsible parenting initiative.
In the last 21 months, 1,298 adults have
been convicted of having sex with minors,
according to the state's office of
criminal justice planning. Of those, 302
were from the bay area.
As part of the initiative, the department
of health services has recently begun a
multimillion dollar radio and print
campaign on billboards and bus placards.
The message -- ``sex with a minor is a
major crime.''
mark daryl baker, the 24-year- old waiter,
learned the hard way. Last year, a jury
convicted baker of statutory rape, and a
judge sentenced him to two years in
prison.
Says nothing about the parents having to
press charges, that's under new laws for
statutory rape in missouri, they're
reviving old laws & making new ones.
Parents not being able to decide came out
as a new one a few years ago.
Girls say if they marry their man when
it's statutory rape, that will help them
not go to jail.
Mr. Koso is 22. The baby's mother,
crystal, is 14. He is charged with
statutory rape, even though they were wed
with their parents' blessing in may,
crossing into kansas because their own
state prohibits marriages of people under
17.
They are from missouri & moved out of
the state, just so he wouldnt go to jail,
they're parents gave them permission to
marry, but its still illegal.
Mr. Koso faces up to 50 years in prison,
and mr. Bruning said he was considering
additional charges based on complaints
that mr. Koso had sex with other young
girls in the past. Mr. Koso's lawyer
would not allow him to discuss that, but
his mother said he told her that he had
dated only one other girl under 16 and
that they did not have sex.
excuse me, yes you really
are talking out of your ass. If what
your saying is even true the hospital
would first have to do some sort of blood

question and care less. If the parents
have a problem with it, then ya...That's a
different
story.
no dip you edit
if you even want benefits from the state,
food stamps and etc, social services will
ask you the fathers name & will find
him and do a blood test. He'll get
nailed with child support if he's not
living with you. They keep that caca on
file before you even have the baby.
Another easy way : the baby either has the
mothers blood type, or the fathers.

Missouri state law
i had to research this, once you hit 14 in
canada your on your own!
Anyways in the state of missouri you have
to be 15 wpc and 16 without (wpc is with
parental consent) at 17 you can pretty
much date anyone up to the age of 21.
Hope this helps!!
I just find it weird I was 17 when I met
hubby and he was 25 but its not stat rape
after 14....
