Please Help :((.

I'm a 29 year old female and I have been off the pill for approx. 4 years now. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over 1 year. I have been given advise by non-professionals and one of which have told me that somewhere they read that a man that does not pre-ejaculate is infertile. Is this correct?

Do you have any suggestions as to what we can do to conceive???

My advise would be to go to a fertility clinic, both of you should get tests. I have never heard of that actually so chances of it being true are slim but there are allot of things I dont know. I just posted info on things to help you conceive. Hope it helps good luck.

Try Birth Control!
Posted: 12-20-03 15:42pm

I have heard that if you are on birth control for a certain amount of time, as soon as you come off of it, you are very fertile. Try birth control for about 3 months, and try to concieve as soon as you come off of it. I have a friend who got pregnant just as soon as she came off of her pills, so I tried it. I went on it in april, came off in july, and found out I was pregnant in august. Good luck :d

I was just wondering, do you have regular periods? That could be why. Just a thought.

I have an idea...That may be fun...Have sex...Everyday! Then it will increase your possibility for getting preg...Even do it on your period...Maybe that is your problem...Maybe you ovulate on your period!

Good luck,

Jennifer,

are you trying to lose weight, exhaust your man, or for a new record (i'm joking!! :d Laughing ) i've just read several posts from you saying this each time so I guess you really do love to "do it" & that's the best way to be if you want to fall pregnant, relax, enjoy & it will happen.

One thing though re another couple of posts, I have heard the exact opposite, being on the pill can make it hard to conceive, I even know a couple of women who became infertile due to the pill. I guess it's like most things we 're all different & all have different reactions to medications & everything else.

But having some tests dome would help you both relax, another great way to relax is to have a holiday (even a weekend or night away) & a few drinks!! I know several people that the few drinks have worked for - in fact my sons godmother is the result of a few drinks!@!. Rolling Eyes

Pre-ejaculate Is Infertile

I doubt this is true. My bf doesn't have pre-ejaculation, and I am 9 weeks pregnant after only 3 months of trying.

All men pre-ejaculate. Maybe not all of the time or a noticeable amount, but it can happen. I am not saying every single time, but it does happen at least every once in a while. And there is no way to know for sure during intercouse becuase it isn't like an orgasm. Neither one can feel it, it just happens. This is one of the main reasons that "pulling out" is not effective. Because even if they pull out in time, the pre-cum could be what caused the fertilization.
