Hi every one it would be a strange
question 4 all of u. Here at the forum
every one wants to lose his/her weight.
But kinda guy who wants to gain weight.
I am 22 and my height is 5'10'' n my
weight is 61kg which is under weigth.
It should be 70 plus which I tried myself
but I couldn't.
i joined a fitness club but all
invain....
Any one who can best guide me...

On regular basis I eat every thing I am
not choosy by the way.
In most cases an egg daily with all this
milk and fruits, and I can't drink beer
coz of some religious constraints.

I am in the same boat as you. I am 6'
tall and weigh in at a grand total of 160
pounds. I mt. Bike regularly and work
out 2-3 times weekly. I try to eat right,
but cant seam to put on the mass. Any
advise would be great

Well eat banana slices and milk daily with
corn flakes if u want .This combination
really works.

Some medications can cause weight loss
(which can continue long after taking them
ceases!!) we get told often if things
cause weight gain but not loss. Stress
can also cause weight loss or prevent
weight gain no matter how much you eat.
Look up high g.I. Foods(like potato,
pasta, bread etc) & eat those plus
chocolate & other sweets but do not do
alot of exercise other than something like
yoga or pilates (which keep muscles toned
while also helping relax(so de-stress)
you. Also eat foods high in tryptophan
which the body converts to 5htp & this
works on the brain chemicals to reduce
stress (or if the problem is caused by
stress or medication the the body may not
be converting tryptophan to 5htp so you
would need a supplement of 5htp at night.
Also take a 30 minute(no more it burns too
many calories otherwise) walk between 6
& 7 am.
This is how my daughters dr is treating
her in order to get her to 40 kgs from a
low of 32kg due to medication induced
weight loss which then led to stress &
so forth. Of course madam hates pasta,
rice, bread, potato etc, but she loves
chocolate, cream, all cheeses so that
works out.
