the Patch (orthoevra) Posted: 11-01-05 09:56am
This might be a dumb question, but I
really want to put the patch on the top of
my foot this winter. Everywhere else it
always comes off, or is really annoying,
and my doctor told me I should only put it
on my back pelvic region or butt. My
question is, is my doctor just being
overly cautious or will the patch really
not work if I put it on my foot because of
circulation, etc.?
Thanks!

Yeah, you can't put it on your foot.
Your tissues (skin & body fat) absorb
the hormones and seeing as your feet have
the most bones of any other body part, it
won't work there!! It was a good thought
though :p
