Was your period lighter than usual?

It could be implantation bleeding. Are your periods usually normal?

I am asking because I had that happen to me once but I was not pregnant. I had my period and then a week later I started to bleed again for almost a week. It was lighter than normal and it went from dark to light blood, but I disregarded it and then the next month I had my normal period (i wasn't trying to get pregnant though)

since you are trying to get pregnant it could be. If you had intercourse right after or during the time of your period there's a possibility since some women ovulate during this time and implantation bleeding can follow about a week or so later.

My period was normal. But the bleeding afterwards went from light to dark. I have never went through anything like this before. The afterwards bleeding was nothing like my period.
