I was on depo for 8 years and have now been off it for a month. The past few weeks I have been feeling rather crappy.....Joint pain, fatigue, naseau. I am wondering if this is due to the fact that i've stopped the depo and if so, how long will it last. I also have lupus (mild case) and the symptoms i'm having are similar to what happens when I have a flare up. I know that estrogen aggravates lupus and am wondering if that is the cause of my symptoms, or if this is just typical post depo.
