Probably a Stupid Question Posted: 11-03-05 09:18am
Okay, i'm young and pregnant..And really
scared about hurting my baby. This might
sound like a dumb question, but I was just
wondering about drinks (non-alcoholic,
obcviously)
1)are you not supposed to have 'diet'
drinks that have artificial sweeteners in
them?
2)does hot chocolate have caffein in it?
Am I not supposed to drink it
3)are there any thing I should avoid/drink
lots of??
...Thanks for your help
jackie
It not a stupid question at all..... :)
1)diet drinks with aspartame isn't good
for the baby, or so I was told when I was
pregnant with my first.
2)hot chocolate does have caffeine
3)milk and water are excellent to drink!
I hope I helped a little :)

Thanks for the reply. Any other nutrition
tips would be greatly appreciated
too...I'm just really scared that i'm
going to do something wrong. I've two
months already and just found out! I'm at
university right now, but fortunately i've
stayed away from drinking the past few
months..Which is strange because i'm
usually a partier..Lol..My body most have
known something was up..Thanks again
