How can you really tell if you have dropped? I am 35 weeks pregnant and people at my work say i've dropped, but im not sure if I really have?

Well you may not notice it because you see your tummy every day but if someone you havent seen in a couple weeks may notice your "shelf is gone"

Yes, I noticed when my cousins dropped their bellies actually did look like they were lower. They also said that they felt lots of pressure and felt like the baby had gotten lower.

I only noticed when I looked back at pics from 34 to 38 weeks. You can see the diff.
