Does anybody know what your levels should be at at about 3 weeks pregnant

I'm 6 Weeks

It was oct. 28th when I found out I was pregnant and I went to the hospital at 4 weeks and my hcg level was 4262 is that good but he couldn't see my baby on the ultrasound he just seen a sac is that bad?

They will need to magnify sac
baby should be in the sac
of course 9 weeks is the best time for u/s
and clearer baby picture
