Has anyone used tens/demerol shot in their delivery?? Did you find it helped alleviate some of the pain?? I wont get an epidural but even if I wanted it I wont have enough time, anyone have anything non medicated that worked pretty well? I went natural no pain meds with #1 and i'm just wondering if there is something that takes abit of the edge off, any advice would be welcomed! Jess
