Is There Any Way to Do Kegel Excercises For Free???? Posted: 11-05-05 15:37pm


First is there any way to do kegel excercises for free with out buying a book or magazine I meen is there a website that gives you instructions on how to do this and provides pictures if your doing it right? Second is there any excercises that increase penis length or girth third does putting a small wet towel on ur penis while erect and moving it up and down help stregthen ur pc muscle? If it does how many reps do I do everyday? For kegal excercies I do understand were it is but dont know how to do the excercies.. Please someone awnser these 3 questions thank you please.

No, don't waste your time (or money). 3. This is a another method of doign kegels. Some claim that it helps to strengthen your pc muscle faster. Remember though, once again, only to flex the pc muscle and nothing else. The pc muscle is most easily found be stopping the flow of urine from your penis when urinating.
