It's possible for a woman to conceive two
weeks after having an abortion, but I
don't think it's really a matter of safety
- it's a matter of whether or not you want
to try again and keep the child, or you
wind up with another unplanned pregnancy,
so it's always good to utilize
contraception following an abortion, or
take further contraceptive measures if
they were previously used.

After I had my dnc (baby died in utero and
after being induced I couldnt pass the
placenta so I had a d&c) anyway...
My doctor told me to wait until I had 2
full periods before trying again. Its
not that you cant get pregnant sooner but
you would be at increased risk for
misscariage.

After you get your head right!! And be
sure, ready about what your going to do,
abortion is no game is serious, is
someone's life you take away. So please I
beg you or any one else if you dont want a
baby, im not gonna say dont have sex
because you going to do it anyway so
please use protection, birth control
whatever. Be responsable of your
consequnces. I dont want to sound like a
health forum or anything like that but. I
am going to speak for those poor inosent
baby's that dont even get a chance :cry:
because of girls like you unresponable.
Their are other choices, adoption for
example. Think about............

I am not big on abortion or anything but
before we jump the gun, to lady who asked
the original question....May we ask why
you got an abortion in the first place and
why are you trying to conceive again so
soon???
