Lucid Dreams

Does anyone out there have lucid dreams that are maybe a little too bizzare? I mean enough to be considered to be the makings of a crazy sci-fi movie or book. Where the extreame go even farther that imagined and just keeps going form there. Where you have the ability to control, to fly, to rewind and change things that transpired a few seconds, minutes, whatever before hand. And then do something different. And another thing, any one dream of the quarg-z's I know it sounds strange, a slightly sweet natured but highly shophistcated to the being by the book. If so, oh never mind..... Just being lucid...

I have those at least once a week.
I know, freaky as heck huh? But like o-dog said, it's mostly stress induced.
What's bad is when you wake up from one of those and fall off your bed in that half awake-hald asleep daze xd
