Yup, sounds like anxiety. When I feel like that I can't sit, lay or stand still, I have to pace around.

I guess nerves can be a big roll in your everyday life when you have anixety attacks. I sometimes don't know what brings them on, expecially when i'm getting ready for bed, and they hit me. I can lay still, I constantly am moving all around and I can't calm down for a long time. I get so upset when I get this attack

that is the very nature of anxiety attacks., they are brought about by an internal imbalance of hormones, especially adrenaline. This has usually nothing to do with what is going on in the environment of thought processes. They hit you out of the blue.

The reason is that we may have hypoglycemia.

You can test yourself for hypoglycemia with the nib. If you score high you are likely to be hypoglycemic that can cause anxiety attacks in some people.

You can also have this tested with a proper medical test for hypoglycemia

the solution is going on a hypoglycemic diet
