Anything could be possible. Your cycles will be a little mixed up until your body gets itself back on track, & not to mention that you are breastfeeding. Usually if you are breastfeeding only, this will supress ovulation. If you do suspect that you are pregnant again, the for sure way to find out would be to see your doctor. It is not unheard of that a woman goes in for her 6 week check up only to find herself prego again.
