Q: Chance of Twins? Showing At 9 Wks!?

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone who's had twins could tell me if you show earlier or not. I am 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and look like I am about 5 months along. My doctor said a lot of women show earlier with their second and third pregnancies but this just seems extremely early. I am going to get some maternity clothes today, that's how tight my clothes are already!
