Hiatus Hernia & Reflux 17 Yrs Old Posted: 11-10-05 16:50pm
I've had stabbing pains for the past 6
months post tonsillectomy I know who would
have thought it!
Anywho i've had a ct scan, ultrasound,
xray, 2 gastroscopies and a barium meal
honestly you cant call dat a meal after
months of terrible pain and being accused
of 'emotional issues' which I defn dont
have, I found that the stabbing was infact
a hiatus hernia which caused acid reflux
travelling up my oesophagus causing
significant damage I still dont know if I
will need surgery btw I am only 17 anyone
know if they will because im in alot of
pain!
i have had acute pain from hiatus hernia
for 2 years now. Doctors prescribe all
the usual stuff, losec, nexium but none of
them ever gave a 100% protection.
Recently I had such pain that I was on the
verge of going to emergency. Having
purchased from a chemist in one morning
all the antacid I could try, the chemist
told me he had a cure that would take 15
minutes. After I told him he was full of
it, I paid for his "cure". Guess what,
it worked (15 minutes)!!! He told me if I
was to take a teaspoon of this 3 times a
day for the first week, 2 times a day for
the next week and half a teaspoon a day
for another month I would not have any
further trouble. It worked!!!! Its
amazing. I have stopped the nexium and
now take half a teaspoon of this stuff a
day and I never had an 'attack" again.
The chemist makes the solution himself but
im sure it can be purchased anywhere. The
bottle he gave me was called "polybac 8".
It is a live culture and contains the
following:
lactobacillus rhamnosus
lactobacillus acidophilus
lactobacillus plantarum
lactobacillus casei
bifidobacterium lactis
bifidobacterium longum
lactobacillus salivarius ssp salivarius
streptococcus thermophilus
it cost me $33 aussie dollars for a jar of
75g oral powder and its worth 10 times
that with the relief it has given me. For
the record my hiatus hernia was confirmed
with an endoscopy.
