Im 15 and im 175 pounds. Ive been trying
to loose the weight but its so hard! Im
not that fond of excersising because I get
bored when I do it. Ive have gotten an
urge to try anorexia but I know that its
bad and I dont want an eating disorder!
Through the past 3 years I have lost and
gained weight 3 times but this time its
staying on and wont come off! I need some
advice on how to try and make it easier to
loose the weight. I feel terrible and I
really need some help. Thanks.

I have a bulimia for 2years ,had anorexy
before ,my aim was tree kilos-6pounds less
even I had ideal weight.It is hard when u
are obsesed with your look.It can ruine
everything,now I just have ambisios to go
on with sience I study and with loving
people ,but I am not able to control
myself…i stillthrow everything
away…have a depression state almost
every day,it is hard to live like that.U
should love zourself and have
selfrespect!U also have to change
somethings that make u feel bad if it
would not harm on some other way,like
anorexy or bulimia.I suggest u to restrict
your daily needs for food on 70%,but not
more.Maybe slow coming results,but
effective and also not harmful…do not
eat oiled or fat food,kendies should be
restricked on 1 little chocolate per
day-max 200kcal.Do not eat home made
cookies couse u do not know haw much
energy is in them.
If it is hard for u that way try this,
18 pound less for 2 weeks,but u must lead
it to the end it will improve your
metabolism ….

b.Coffe without sugar
l.2boiled eggs
green salat with lemon
d.1stake without oil ,celery,lemon
2.
B.Coffe,2 slice of brad,better the
integral one
l.Steak,green salate with lemon,fruit,not
bananas
d.Boiled ham/about 100g
3.
D.As previus day
l.2 boiled eggs,salate,tomato juice
without sugar added
d.Boiled ham,green salat and lemon
4.
B.Same
l.1egg boiled,carrot roast,cheese the
white one with no fat
d.Jougurth,fruit
5.
B.Coffe,carrot,lemon
l.Boiled fish and tomato
d,small steak without oil added,green
salate
6.
B.2 slice of bread,coffe
l.Chicken meat without oil
d.2 boiled eggs ,carrot roast
7.

d.As u choose-any up of this
