I Think I Am Stressed Am I? Posted: 11-10-05 20:57pm
Every day I seem to worry about
everything, then I get emotional and cry
to alot of songs and things people say or
it just makes me so mad that I want to
just go crazy breaking things. Though I
have never broke anything yet. I cant
sleep at night and I wake up early when I
do go to bed. I forget alot of things so
I have to write them down. I am only 21
and I think I am going crazy.

Hi there
it sounds like anxiety or a touch of
depression. Anxiety can make you feel all
those things, we all know worrying doesn`t
help but we can`t stop ourselves.
Has anything stressful happened to you
recently? I have had all your symtoms
especially when my anxiety was really bad,
lack of sleep made me feel worse, I
thought I was going crazy and I cried at
the slightest thing. You aren`t going
insane or crazy but do try to cut down on
the stress in your life as it makes it
worse.
You might find as well that in the run up
to your period you get even more emotional
as I feel so teary for about two weeks
before and even more anxious. The joys of
being a woman!
