Can anyone relate...I feel cold all the time and feel like I have the chills. Plus my penis is always shriveled up....Could this be because of poor circulation....

I am not by any means a doctor, but have you ever had your thyroid and/or pituitary checked? When you get up in the morning, take your underarm temperature first thing (called the basal temperature) and if its more than 2 degrees below normal, then you may have low thyroid function. If thats the case, try taking the herb kelp for a few weeks and see it that helps. As for the shriveled penis, find a cute girl friend (just kidding buddy!) hope this helps, but don't hold it against me as I am just speaking based on the vast amount of reading experience I have on these things. Do your own research as well..... Good luck!
