Hcg Levels

Hey *
ive got a bit of a problem! About 12 days ago I found out I was pregnant. I did a blood test and it came back as 850 (hcg level) they said I was about 6 weeks 3 days but couldnt see anything in the womb. After 2 days they repeated the test and it more than doubled it was 1850,they said it was fine and booked a scan after a week. (they said I was probably less pregnant than 6 weeks thats why they couldnt see anything) I went there this friday and they said they could see the gestation sac and the yolk sac forming but no baby, again she said its probably too early lets give it another week!
I am so worried! What if the baby is not forming well? I mean according to the 'calenmdar' I should be about 8 weeks pregnant now! And they still cant see the baby :'(

this is my first pregnancy and I really want this baby!!!!! I am so scared in case this is leading to a miscarriage!

Plz help! Did this happened to anyone else???????

It is different with every pregnancy and with every woman. If the hcg went up that much you should be fine. Hcg is different in everyone. No set facts or guidelines. Just approximate. I know from experience that they can miss the fetal pole and yoke sac at that many weeks preg. My daughter had perfectly normal pregnancy and they did not see the fetal pole or yoke sac. 3 days later they did see all.

Everything will be fine, youll see--do not fret.

Always
