i am planning to get pregnant, but I am on an antidepressant called desipramine(norpramin) 50mg. Is this medication harmful to the baby?

You should ask your doctor if its ok to be on that. If not then they will be able to substitute it with something else. But call in before you plan. Good luck!

Nikki is right rita, there are anti depressants suitable to be using during pregnancy, but you will need to consult your doctor. 2 possibilities are ciprimil and zoloft.
