I got a new pair of glasses many months
ago and they made me see a little better,
but I get crosseyed a lot. I got it
before I got new glasses, but it happened
more afterward. My eyes get crossed with
double vision a lot and it's more
noticable when I read. It's pretty bad I
had to buy new glasses, because there was
only an interval of a year between that
and the time before that I bought new
glasses
a few months ago I saw a doctor that put
stuff in my eyes that made my pupils
dialate, so I couldnt see good for that
day. I dont know why he did it. I told
him I get blurry vision when I read and he
just said to write down a log. I just
told him I get it when I read, so that
should have been enough
i use the the computer and tv a lot with
the lights off and close to the screen.
Either way, I wish I would have bought web
sight glasses. But I heard you can't
damage your eyes permanently by using the
computer, and some people say it's a myth
being too close to the tv can hurt your
eyes

From the symptoms you described, you
should go to the optometry office where
you got your glasses and have them check
if the ipd (interpolar distance) of your
glasses matches your eyes. If it doesn't
it can create unwanted prism effects to
your eyes and can cause thoes symptoms.
Also ask your doctor to test and see if
you have any binocular problems that might
need to be fixed either with vision
therapy or the right prims in your
glasses. However, your symptoms are more
likely from looking at the computer for
too long and too close because the closer
you look at a target the more you need to
converge your eyes, and if you do that for
a long period of time, you will start
having headaches, pain in the eye, and
seeing double.
Btw, getting your eyes dialated for
examination is a good thing to; it gives
the doctor the ability to examine the
health of the inside of your eyes, and is
important in diagnosing many diseases that
are otherwise asymptomatic. You will
loose your ability to see anything up
close for a few hours but it does no harm
to your eyes.

I didn't see the eye doctor yet
i havent been using the computer much,
i've been gaming on my ps2, and my couch
is a little away from my tv. Last book I
read I only went double vision once.
Last summer, I played on the computer a
lot, and I wasn't reading too well
will all my gaming and everything hurt my
eyes permanently?
I also heard about the seeclearly method
on the radio. I looked it up and it
sounds like it could end up being more
expensive than glasses, with all that
monthly fee and shipping and handling. Is
it any good?
My glasses are actually pretty nice.
They're anti glare anti uv and stuff
