How do you get rid of baby fat when your
belly is so saggy from birth?

Great question! I'd like to know that one
myself. I'v been working out three times
a day (3-4 days a week) and trying to eat
right and the flabby stuff is still there.
It's just really hard to get rid of for
some of us. How long ago did you give
birth?
God bless and good luck,
teresa

Go on a diet, or just don't eat. That
usually helps. Those guys who were sent
to concentration camps in wwii got skinny
as hell - they were starved.

hate to tell ya ladies but
from what I see and hear, that won't go
away completely. Unless you starve
yourself maybe. I love food way to much
to do that, plus life is short and I enjoy
food!!
My stomach was quite purdy before I had
nicolas. Now it's not. It isn't the
worst stomach knows to man, but definetely
not the same. The flab is there and the
skin does not look as smooth and healthy
as it used to.
It's all worth it though because I would
rather have my son than a nice
stomach!
great point jlee! I would much rather
have my son so I can't complain too much.
How old is your son??

i am bigger now than I have ever been as
well. Having a child does that to ya
apparently! I gained 35 during my
pregnancy which isn't too bad but I just
can't seem to get it all off. I'd like to
lose between 25-30 lbs. But, i'm just
like you...I love love love food and can't
stop eating. I'll do very well for about
a week, only eating healthy foods and
working out three times a day (3-4 days a
week) and then something happens and I
quit. I work at a gym which holds weight
watchers meeting and the ladies that come
are all losing so much weight..It's
amazing. I wish I could afford to attend
the meeting!! 60 lbs!! Wow..That mut hav
been tough! Good for you! I'm sure that
if you did it once, you can do it again.
