Great forum, and thank you for taking a
moment to read this. I am 22 years old,
in relatively good shape. I can attest
to smoking (lightly however) and do not
eat with myself in mind every meal. I am
185lb and 6ft even, so I am certainly not
fat.
Yesterday was the 5th time in 3 months
checking my bp, all with readings within
the margin. Lowest reading 144/84
88pulse rate. Highest reading 149/79
92pulse. The highest reading was last
night.
Occasionally I get "feelings" which are
very hard to describe. They last only a
few seconds, and seem to happen later on
in the evening. I have had it during the
day, but only 2-3 isolated times. The
feeling leaves me feeling sorta confused,
my blood feels like its on ice (pins and
needles) and I get somewhat short breath.
I believe the breath may be due to nerves
when this is happening. The feeling only
last 2-3 seconds, or until I change
position. (if I am laying down, I stand
up and vice versa) the feeling happens
almost everyday, sometimes 2 times per
day.
Does anyone have any clue as to why this
is occurring? I am looking for the link
from this to the high bp. Are the two
related in your opinions?
Thank you all so kindly in advance. If
you are reading this, you atleast gave me
a chance!

I'm not sure that this would point to bp
problems. I would suggest that you consult
a doctor.
