I heard there is a technique for relaxing the belly and stimulating elasticity. Sounded like "effluerage" any info on this? What is the actual spelling and is this a trusted technique? My niece is pregnant and her belly is itching like crazy!(first time) she is applying cocoa butter. Any other suggestions?
