Has anyone experienced any psychological
problems such as mood swings or
depression, or do you think the idea of
psychological sympotoms in menopause in
untrue?

I don't think I had psychological problems
with menopause. I did have severe hot
flashes which interrupted my sleep, which
made me cranky, but i'm not sure I would
call that psychological.

If your suffering from anxiety and
depression, I absolutely feel that it gets
much worse when you are going through
menopause. The amount and type of symtoms
that I have experienced run the gamut from
hot flashes ,achy joints to severe anxiety
attacks.
