I've been dealing with anxiety for a bout
a year now. It comes and goes , but when
it comes, it's really bad. It keeps me
in my house and sometimes i'm afraid to go
out. I'd get dizzy, feel nauseated..Have
trouble breathing..You know..Panic
attacks. It all started when I started
having chest pains, which I don't think
were caused by anxiety, but another health
issue that led to my anxiety. My doc said
I have acid reflux, but since it started I
keep thinking its really my heart because
I would feel pain in my upper left
chest..Sometimes I think she's got it
wrong. Ever since then I have days where
I just feel unhealthy and just think im
gonna die soon.
I know this sounds crazy..But..I don't
know how to get rid of it.
It really effects my lifestyle..
Sometimes so much that it makes me sick
and tired of dealing with it that I feel
so helpless..I don't know what to do.
I've talked to a phsychologist
already...And she's helped..
It usually goes away after I talk to
her..But random times, it starts up
again...
Has anyone conquered a similar
situation?
I need advice!

Hello!
I also had a stomach problem that was
caused by my anxiety....They thought it
was acid reflux - they ended up diagnosing
me with something stomach-wise, but when I
got my anxiety under control, it went
away.
I have a feeling that when you feel fine,
you start worrying about your symptoms
which causes panick which causes the
symptoms. Get a second opinion if you
need, or else just tell yourself it's
because of your anxiety.
