I haven't been tested for it yet, but i'd like to start adhering to some of the basic food guidelines woman use if they have this. My blood sugar was kinda willy nilly prior to getting pregnant and I have a strange feeling they're going to tell me I have it when i'm tested. I'd like to start being a little preventative now. What kind of foods to gear myself towards and what to stay away from. Please be specific with foods and not say foods with less this and more that. I need someone to be direct. If you've had gd and have a food plan, would love if you could email it to me for some help. I would greatly appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you. Shocked
